Tile & Porcelain Diamond Blades
Products
A diamond blade for tile cutting needs a continuous rim, not segments: the closed edge glides through hard porcelain without catching, so the tile edge comes out smooth instead of chipped. The PRODIAMANT Tile Leopard is exactly that blade – an ultra-thin continuous-rim porcelain tile blade in 4" (105 mm), 4.5" (115 mm) and 5" (125 mm) with a 7/8" arbor for angle grinders and small tile saws. It is sold singly and in 3- and 10-packs for tile crews.
Can I cut porcelain tile with an angle grinder?
Yes. A 4.5" continuous-rim diamond blade on a standard grinder cuts porcelain, ceramic, fine stoneware, marble and natural stone tile dry – ideal for notches around outlets, pipe cut-outs, L-cuts and trimming thresholds where a wet saw is impractical. Use light pressure and let the diamond rim do the work; on porcelain, score the glaze first for the cleanest edge.
What makes a good tile saw blade?
Thin kerf for low heat and resistance, a continuous diamond rim for chip-free edges, and true running so the blade does not wander.
Every PRODIAMANT diamond saw blade and diamond cup wheel is German-engineered and manufactured to EN 13236, the strict European safety standard for diamond tools.
